Kevin Schumm
Kevin serves as a Global Vice President of Technology and Operations for Terminix, a leading provider of residential and commercial pest control servcices. Kevin is responsible for business process standardization and automation through technology, resulting in superior operational efficiency and customer experience. He is a multi-faceted leader with significant experience with consumer services and healthcare Fortune 500, private equity sponsored, and start-up organizations.
Previous to Terminix, Kevin led business development and doctor practice integrations for Bright Direction Dental, a Midwest dental support organization founded in 2019. Previously, he was the finance leader for Davita's $1.2B kidney care business with 400 Midwest locations and 6,000 employees. His consumer technology and operational process viewpoint is influenced by a number of years with ADT Security Services. He held operations and M&A roles across the company while it was a publicly traded spin off from Tyco International and a private holding of Apollo Global Management. For the first decade of his career, he was a project leader at Deloitte specializing in commercial, financial diligence, and integration planning on buy-and-sell-side M&A transactions.
Kevin holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, undergraduate and graduate degrees in accounting from the University of Notre Dame. He is also an Illinois CPA.
