Vladan Jovanovic

Mr. Jovanovic is an operationally-focused investor, business operator, and trusted advisor to other investors, business owners, and entrepreneurs. He is responsible for the overall management of Lifespan Equity Partners, including investment theses development, deal sourcing, structuring debt and equity financing, transaction execution, and actively partnering with companies post investment. Mr. Jovanovic partners with seasoned industry executives and debt and equity co-investors to acquire the businesses that meet Lifespan's investment criteria.

Prior to starting Lifespan, Mr. Jovanovic served as a private equity operating executive with a middle-market private equity firm where he served in several senior roles. ​Prior to private equity operations, he executed M&A transactions as an investment banker with Moelis & Company. Earlier in his career, Mr. Jovanovic served as a corporate governance advisor to public and private clients.

Mr. Jovanovic graduated from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business with an MBA in finance, strategy, and operations.
