Lesley Raskin
Lesley is a Regional Vice President of Optum Behavioral Care, which is an OptumHealth company. OptumHealth provides primary and specialty medical and behavioral care, plus wrap-around care solutions operating as a division of UnitedHealth Group. Previously she served as a Vice President of Strategy with Optum Business Operations. In this role, Lesley has led value-based commercial contracting efforts and behavioral health strategy and execution, with special interest in referral optimization and digital health innovation. Lesley came to Optum by way of Surgical Care Affiliates (SCA), where she served in various strategy, analytics, and management roles, always with a focus on identifying, quantifying and ultimately commercializing a value proposition at the payer-provider crossroads. Prior to joining SCA, Lesley spent 5 years at BMO Capital Markets structuring leveraged financing for middle market private equity-backed healthcare companies.
Lesley graduated with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, completed Harvard Business School's Value Measurement for Healthcare executive course, and earned her undergraduate degree from DePauw University.
