Zach Wood, CFA
Zach serves as Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Surescripts, a national health information network that aligns clinicians, pharmacists, and payers to deliver higher quality and lower cost care. In his role, Zach leads new market development and partnerships for the network.
Prior to Surescripts, Zach served as Head of Corporate Development at Cerner. During his tenure at Cerner, he also led the company’s Consumer business unit and launched several Population Health businesses. Prior to Cerner, Zach co-founded Qualia Health, a consumer tech start-up that helped patients manage chronic conditions. He began his career financing and investing in healthcare IT and services companies at Piper Jaffray and Northstar Capital.
Zach holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and BBA degree from University of Wisconsin – Madison.
